We needed mains sockets in a new garden room and a replacement fuse box in house. Dennis came out the same day and provided a reasonable quote. We agreed a date, Dennis was very prompt, polite and tidy where he was working. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone. Refreshing to get tradesman turning up on time and doing what they promise. Excellent company.

Tony and Brian were exceptional, fantastic workmanship- polite and professional and left the house immaculate each day. I would highly recommend for any job no matter how big or small. I would personally like to thank them for the compassion they showed my husband who is suffering from dementia. They included him in their daily tasks, which made his day – they were patient and understanding and for this I am truly grateful. Price was agreed before work started and full quote given. The work was all carried out as stated ,with extra added by the electrician as he worked. For example he suggested extra plug points inside and out and also added a new light in the bathroom and fitted them at no extra cost. He was very careful to make the least mess possible and left everywhere clean every day. We we especially pleased that he managed to take up our bedroom floor without damage. Very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.

Third time of using PDI Electrical and as previously, Anthony did not disappoint. From acceptance of quote the date for work to be carried out was arranged promptly. Turned up as arranged (to the minute), and did exactly what had been agreed. Extremely pleased with my new lights. Find the team extremely professional and courteous and leave the work area clean and tidy (which is always a bonus). Anthony is always willing to give sound advice so on that basis I shall be taking his advise and getting in touch again for further work to be carried out. Definitely recommend.

Very thorough and professional in all aspects of the work but Tony and Brian were particulary good at tracking down various “difficult to locate”, electrical faults. I also appreciated their willingness and ability to explain problems and their solutions, in a way I could understand.
