In an emergency quick to respond and always arrive on time for planned work. Recently upgraded our Electrical System after a 5 yearly inspection and installed Emergency Lights throughout the building. Also informative on Regulation Updates. They are friendly, polite, clean & tidy and trustworthy when in Bilton House with our residents & Staff. Bilton House have use PDI Electrical Limited for a number of years and are always happy with their work.

Thanks very much to Anthony and Brian for repairing a chewed through bit of electrical wiring in the floor space beneath the 2nd floor of our semi-detached home – Damage done by a pesky creature. They also spotted some weaknesses in the way our fuse box was organised and made appropriate improvements. Kept us well informed about what they were doing during the process. After a poor experience with our last electricians, Tony and colleagues exceeded our expectations. They were professional, knowledgeable and thorough in all of their work. I would highly recommend PDI electrical.

Very thorough and professional in all aspects of the work but Tony and Brian were particulary good at tracking down various “difficult to locate”, electrical faults. I also appreciated their willingness and ability to explain problems and their solutions, in a way I could understand.

I can highly recommend Tony and PDI Electrical. Firstly, he was quick to visit and offer a quote for the work that I needed. Tony also offered advice and options on socket positions and outside lighting etc that I had previously thought of, which was appreciated. We do not think an emergency call out could be bettered than the one we received today from Anthony. Our anxiety (In our nineties) was soon relieved when a new reliable light unit was fitted full white lighting restored. Satisfaction on the whole operation one hundred per cent. .

Tony did some work for elderly mother in law a few years ago, excellent work putting in new board, good value for money, professional and tidy. From Aug 2021 kitchen/diner extension, all planned with us, advice given, excellent workmanship, friendly, kept us informed throughout. Since then been doing various smaller jobs for us as we renovate other rooms, always on hand with advice, highly recommended and good value.

Anthony at PDI Electrical Ltd was excellent. We had to call him out at 8pm to my 90 year old mother-in-law’s house and he came promptly.
