We will take reasonable care during alterations, but due to the nature of the work we cannot guarantee there will be no damage to the decor.

All accessories supplied by PDI Electrical Ltd are white PVC unless otherwise stated.

All parts remain the property of PDI Electrical Ltd until full payment is received.

No plastering is included in this estimate.

Whilst all care will be taken whilst work is taking place PDI Electrical Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage to ornaments and personal possessions unless caused by our negligence. Before work commences please could you move them to a safe place.

We have made no allowance for any repairs which may become apparent on testing of the installation.

The estimate is based on the fact any existing circuits to be retained have no faults and comply with BS76712018. We will retain your estimate for a period of 12 months unless it is used as acceptance of payment then it will be kept for a period of 7 years after which it will be destroyed. 

Payment is required on receipt of invoice, if payment is not received within 7 days of receipt of invoice simple interest will be charges at 5%
