Brilliant service from Anthony, he managed to diagnose the issue with my EV charger by tracking it down to an individual faulty relay in the consumer unit. Which was brilliant because I was starting to think I might need a new charger. After replacing the relay and testing the charger, it’s back up and running perfectly.
Great quality of work and good communication throughout – thoroughly recommend and will definitely use PDI again.
